Easy Vegan Buffalo Tofu Salad

Press cubes of tofu in between paper towels, with a weighted baking sheet on top. This will remove moisture from the tofu and help it get crispy when it's baked!

Toss the pressed tofu cubes with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

Place in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Toss the baked tofu with buffalo sauce and place in a bowl with chopped romaine lettuce tossed with vegan avocado ranch dressing.

Add tomatoes, carrots, red onions, green onions and avocado to the salad
