10 Minute  Vegan Buffalo  Tempeh Salad

Grab a package of original or buffalo tempeh.

Pan fry the tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove from the skillet, dice into cubes & toss with buffalo sauce.

Add to a bowl with mixed leafy greens tossed with Vegan Avocado Ranch dressing.

Add radishes, red onions, bell peppers and avocado to the salad.
