Vegan Avocado Ranch Dressing

Soak cashews in water for 4-8 hours.

Drain the cashews, add them to a blender with avocado, water, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper & olive oil

Blend until smooth and creamy

Add green onions, dill and parsley

Stir in the herbs

Perfect as a dip for raw veggies or a sauce drizzled over grilled veggies!
