Low Carb Spaghetti Squash Meatball Bowls

Ingredients you'll need

Roast and shred the spaghetti squash, then load it into bowls. 

Add the meatball ingredients to a large bowl.

Form into meatballs and broil for 7 minutes.

Add the meatballs to the bowls with the squash.

Top with marinara sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Broil to melt the cheese then dig in!
