Prepare the meatballs
Grate 1/4 cup onion
Add the grated onion to a large bowl with garlic, Italian seasoning and Impossible burger plant-based meat
Combine the ingredients
Form into 12 golf ball sized meatballs
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil & Italian seasoning
Roast the broccoli and meatballs in the oven
Roast for 15 minutes, or until golden brown
Add the meatballs & broccoli to bowls with chickpea pasta & marinara sauce
Optionally top with nutritional yeast
