Plant Based Harissa Broccoli Bowl

Toss broccoli with shallots, olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder

Roast the broccoli for 15-20 minutes

Toss the roasted broccoli with harissa sauce. Add to a bowl with quinoa, tomato cucumber salad, avocado and pine nuts

Optionally top with harissa tahini sauce
