Vegan Roasted Garlic Cashew Cream Sauce

Soak cashews for at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours.

Trim the top of a garlic bulb, drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves

Wrap the garlic bulb up and roast in the oven

Unwrap the roasted garlic and let cool

Drain the cashews and add them to a blender with the roasted garlic cloves, salt and water

Blend until smooth and creamy!
