Easy Keto  Pad Thai

What you'll need

Prepare the pad thai sauce.

Cook shirataki noodles in boiling water.

Saute shrimp and garlic in hot skillet.

Add eggs and scramble.

Add the sauce and cooked shirataki noodles.

Add bean sprouts and combine everything.

Transfer to bowls & top with green onions, cilantro & peanuts.
